Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

   • Standard Shipping: €4.95 (free for orders over €50), delivery time: 3–5 business days

   • Express Shipping: €9.99, delivery time: 1–2 business days

   • International Delivery: Depends on the destination country

2. Shipping Provider

   • We ship with DHL. Tracking is provided for all orders.

3. Processing Time

   • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4. Delivery Areas

   • We deliver within Germany, the EU, and selected international countries.

5. Customs and Import Duties

   • For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Period

   • You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt.

2. Return Conditions

   • Products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

   • Opened, used, or personalized products are excluded from returns.

   • Hygienic items such as lipsticks, mascara, or creams can only be returned if unopened.

3. Return Process

   • Contact our customer service at office@s1943care.com with your order number.

   • We will send you a return label (return costs will be deducted from the refund unless a faulty product was delivered).

   • Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

   • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will find a solution.

5. Exclusions from Returns

   • Gift cards and special offers are excluded from returns.
